depression children statistics

looking for infor on year-by-year (or even month-by-month) suicide rates among children/teens from 1990-2006?
i am having trouble locating any solid statistics on this issue. i am working on a report about how schools handle bullies and teasing, and i need to track how the columbine shootings (apirl, 1999) have impacted how schools react and what impact that has had on child, preteen, and teenage depression, self mutalation (cutting, etc..) and suicide.
i have tried numerous sources but can't find any solid numbers over any real amount of time?
any ideas???
thanks for the help!!
