depression fatigue medication
are there any energizing depression meds?
I'm always spacing out. I have bad depression n I've tried many meds. Is there any medication. That provides a little energy. I feel like my mind is constantly fatigued
I am not taking meds now. I do have anxiety. All I do is work and sleep. I don't have energy for anything. It's to the point where I'm gettin tests done for my physical health
I don't believe so.
Anti-depressants are depressant drugs, meaning they slow down the functions of the central nervous system. Drowsiness is a symptom because they calm and relax you. That's why certain anti-depressants are also used for managing OCD and other conditions.
However, different medications can produce different effects on your body. That's why certain medications may work on one person, but not another.
Also, over time your body may adapt to the medication and you can become used to that.
Talk to your doctor, and/or research different meds online.
