If yahoo wont help, will somebody help deal with cyber this terrorist ?

I have been in depression support chat for 8 years and the same guy has terrorized these rooms this whole time with booting and outright strong arm tactics. I don't understand why yahoo allows this but clearly yahoo wont help. Cant anyone help us rid ourselves of this maniac gexx

Try reporting the person to the FCC among other sites.
