Self Help for the treatment of anxiety attacks
In considering the self-help treatment for anxiety attacks, the first thing to do is to diagnose appropriate health professional. Once diagnosed, it can decide about treatment. And more and more people are turning to self-help treatment for attacks anxiety, instead of using drugs singles friendly. Here are five things to help you treat your condition without drugs.
1 - Understand What cause anxiety attacks
Anxiety attacks are triggered when a person with already higher levels of anxiety than normal peak undergoes additional stress. This can be something as simple as driving in heavy traffic, shopping in a crowded environment, being in a crowded elevator, prepare for an exam, etc. What happens is that This "pick-up additional" stress increases your general anxiety level and pushes you over the top.
Your unconscious mind perceives wrongly as a threat to life and the situation as it is prepared to do so, sets in motion a series of chemicals and other physical changes in the body and mind to help combat any "hazard" or flee to safety. This is called struggle of his body "or flight response and has been with us since primitive times.
But of course there is no external threat, all you've had is an increase in anxiety. But his unconscious mind has no time to see reality, it accounts for only worst case (which is programmed to do) and triggers the fight or flight response. The chemical and physical changes cause the symptoms they experience during an anxiety (panic) attack.
2 - Get To Know The symptoms of an anxiety attack
The following are the symptoms Typical Please note: - tight chest / throat, dizziness, nausea, hyperventilation, rapid heartbeat, difficulty breathing, feeling fingers tingling, sweating, trembling, feeling of being separated from their surroundings, feeling of impending doom.
It is important to remember that these are only symptoms associated with the flight or fight your body's response to a "perceived" dangerous situation that does not really exist. So you are not having a heart attack or die. Try to remember this if you start to feel the onset of symptoms. Even repeat yourself. This will help reduce the intensity and duration of symptoms.
3 - Whenever possible avoid stress
There are certain things in life that can not be avoided, but avoid unnecessary stress. Stress occurs through people, relationships, situations, etc. There are some who can not control, so do not try. But there are others that you can control and what they need to get rid of these stressful situations.
For example, if certain people are not important to you life, stress Stay away from them. If there is a relationship that causes anxiety and stress almost a day, then you need to seriously consider whether it is worth continuing. If there are situations like driving to work he was constantly stress, you can use public transport? can someone drive? etc.
The workplace is a major source of stress. Are you working hard instead of working smart? Do you continually have more than they can reasonably handle? Do you work extraordinary voluntary to pay for the things that really are not so important in the scheme of things? Deal to reduce hours and have no more trouble than you can handle.
4 - Be positive during an anxiety attack
A positive attitude is so important when you have anxiety and suffer from anxiety attacks. Especially during an attack, a positive reaction to the start of a serious attack can limit the duration and intensity. Anyone who has suffered an attack know it's not easy to do this, but those who have gotten to know it's true.
We now know that an anxiety attack can not hurt. Now you know what the symptoms and causes of them. In other words, you have all the information you need to meet his next attack head-on with a positive attitude.
5 - Eliminate your fear of another Anxiety Attack
This is the most important thing you'll learn to cope with anxiety attacks. Remember above you learned an increase tension in the top of their already high anxiety can trigger a "fight or flight" response that makes you experience symptoms such as anxiety attack? Well the "fear" of having another attack acts the same way ...
All who have suffered an anxiety attack is a conscious or unconscious fear of another. And it is not surprising that the symptoms are terrible! But this fear is based on their anxiety levels are already higher than normal, thus increasing their overall anxiety, further high. Alone or together with a stressful event every day, this fear can trigger your body's fight or flight response, so producing an anxiety attack.
This vicious cycle, anxiety anxiety attack>>> more anxiety Fear> anxiety attack> more afraid> more anxiety>> anxiety attack and so on, must be broken to prevent further attacks cure anxiety and general anxiety.
To discover the simple target = "_new"> 'a movement' technique that will eliminate the fear factor and thus break the vicious cycle of anxiety, click here now target = "_new"> http://eliminatepanicattacks.blogspot.com and prepare to get your old self again.

postpartum depression dogs

I just got a new dog and I think I have postpartum depression b / c of it. Is this possible?
I just got a dog and state newborn hard last week taking care of him. I have some vitamins and anti-parasitic drugs and constantly cleaning up after him. Needless to say iam not excited more. its not too hard, but I feel weird this stress and tension of all the time.I want to do iam the perfect pet owner. I take care of it very Iam well and always worried about my dog when iam not around. i didn't think I feel. has gone through this? Any advice
I am with other people they replied saying it is not postpartum depression. But I know what you're saying. A bit of history. I grew up with several different types of dogs and have always wanted a dog of my own. I waited six years until I finally had a place of my own money to take care of the puppy. By waiting so long are a lot of emotion. I searched for months about the race he wanted to see if it fits my lifestyle / situtatons life. I have read tons of different articles and a great book to be prepared. Long story short, I was surprised to find that in a week to have my first puppy to raise something I became very depressed and stressed. I knew that raising a puppy was hard, but it was much more difficult than expected. Early morning breaks to the bathroom and stop not wanting shuffing attention with a work and marriage. I have a chihuahua and tend to be more snug. I was exhausted. Do not worry, after a few months, start to get their personality and start to love them, no matter what they do. Definitely worth all the work. So be alert and it will get better. As for advice. Just think how much better is to have them with you day. Great fun. Hope this helps. Feel free to e-mail.
