What are the questions to get to a survey of employee motivation?
Is related to organizational behavior. I have to reach an employee motivation survey to determine which employees of the organization are not sufficiently motivated. However, I have no idea what questions I can occur. It's for my project. Please help!
1. What is the 'main focus' of your business? 2. What obstacles stop employees who perform the best? 3. What really motivates your staff? 4. Do employees feel empowered? 5. Is there any recent changes in the company that could have affected the motivation? 6. What are the patterns of motivation in your business? 7. Are the goals of employees and business goals aligned? 8. How employees feel about the company? 9. How are employees in the development of the company? 10. Is it an internal image of the company in line with an external one?
