Most of us have to work to make life - and a job is a central part of our lives and our identity as humans. So why managers have to worry so much about issues of employee motivation? please give examples
Because if the employees are not motivated to do their job, production will be affected. Example: If you have a bad outlook about your job, you'll care less about whether to do a good job or not. Ex: I personally have low morale at work, therefore I am in Y! A day all instead of being productive.
